REHABILITATION LIVERY
STATE OF THE ART BOARDING
When a horse is injured, the goal of rehabilitation is to get the horse back to its pre-injury level of function. The process of rehabilitation generally includes stable rest, physiotherapy, and controlled exercise.

ADVANCED FACILITIES
All rehabilitation boarding clients will have access to the facilities of the center including the solarium, water treadmill, equine spa, as well as Gilvarry's in-house team of highly qualified physiotherapists, chiropractors, nutritionists, veterinarians, and dentists if required.
FIRST CLASS
STABLE REST
Rest is an important part of the rehabilitation process and allows the horse's body time to heal. Depending on the severity of the injury, rest may be required for a few days or several weeks.

Our stable rest rooms provides a safe and clean environment for physiotherapists, chiropractors, remedial farriers and veterinarians to work.
POST OPERATIVE CARE
We offer a comprehensive rehabilitation livery package for horses that are recovering from illness or surgery.

Our in-house equine rehabilitation experts have a wealth of experience performing surgery on horses that need intensive rehabilitation.

We offer a private space for clients and specialists to use while their horse is being treated. Horses are treated in a very well lit room with a rubber-matted floor, good ventilation, and plenty of space for treatment.
GEOTEXTILE ARENA
Geotextile is used world wide in competition and training arenas for all equestrian disciplines.

Our professional arena - 25m wide x 40m long - consists of geotextile fibre that is 100% polyester, providing the correct elasticity and grip, while at the same time protecting the hooves, joints, tendons, and muscles of your horse.

This surface gives us the best chance of year-round use and cushioning on joints for rehabilitation.
